As General Counsel for enterprise and in private practice, Roger has coordinated M&A transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars, combining legal acumen with a commercial mindset shaped by complex cross-border deals.

Brad Scarff brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and technology consulting, including serving as CTO of Yellowfin BI — a Visionary in the Gartner BI & Analytics Magic Quadrant — which successfully exited to Idera Inc. Brad has deep expertise in leading global engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions for the world’s leading technology companies.
